- Providing productivity improvement suggestions for processes based on TPS. We ensure Genba (the actual location), Genjitsu (the real situation), and Genbutsu (the actual object), while eliminating the 7 wastes (overproduction, waiting, transportation, overprocessing, inventory, motion, and defects).
*TPS is a production system developed by Toyota Motor Corporation, known as the “Toyota Production System,” which focuses on Just-In-Time and Jidoka to thoroughly eliminate waste.
